John Farrell is an associate with the Firm who concentrates his practice in the areas of zoning and land use planning, municipal and environmental law and litigation. He currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Town of Babylon Zoning Board of Appeals.
Before joining the Firm, Mr. Farrell was associated with several prominent Long Island law firms. Previously, he was Assistant Town Attorney for the Town of Babylon, where he served as counsel to the Town's Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Board. Mr. Farrell also acted as lead prosecutor for zoning violations in the Town.
Mr. Farrell was admitted to practice in New York State in 2001. Mr. Farrell is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Suffolk County Bar Association.
Mr. Farrell received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hofstra University (1997) and his Juris Doctor from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center (2000).
